Myers-Briggs: Understanding Type for Individuals and Teams

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, or MBTI, is a self-reporting questionnaire based on Carl Jung’s theory of psychological type.  Our Myers-Briggs: Understanding Type for Individuals and Teams program helps your team members:

• Understand their natural preferences for how they focus their energy, take in information, make decisions, and organize their world, and
• Learn about and appreciate their teammates’ type preferences and how these similarities and differences build a strong team

This highly interactive, one-day live program provides participants with an opportunity to:

• identify one's unique gifts
• understand normal personality differences
• appreciate different contributions in a team

In additional to the live workshop, the Myers-Briggs: Understanding Type for Individuals and Teams program includes a post-workshop group call, and one-on-one coaching with Camille McKinney for team leadership to develop an actionable strategy to leverage type into his/her leadership style.
