Leading from the Inside Out: Explore, Embody and Express Your Unique Leadership Brand
The glass ceiling -- the invisible barrier that prevents women from ascending to the career of their dreams. Gratefully, more or more women are adding their crack to that ceiling, creating opportunities for the women who are coming after them.
There's another ceiling, the self-imposed drop ceiling that each of us erects with our own self-limiting habits and beliefs. It's as prickly and scratchy as the walls of our soft and cozy comfort zone.
While breaking through each of these 'top limits' seem out of reach, there ARE steps we can take to move us closer to our personal and professional goals. Women leaders need to stop focusing on external factors over which they have little control, and start examining your own internal barriers to success. We can start this process by designing and expressing your unique leadership brand, resulting in the CLARITY and CONFIDENCE to go after the professional life of your dreams!

How Organizations Can Help Women Leaders Overcome their Personal Barriers to Success
Recent studies show how implementing initiatives that address women's equity imbalances in the workplace are positively impacting business results. On a macro level, many organizations are realizing that implementing these strategies isn't as difficult as it may seem. This is great news!
But let's not stop there. Implementing large scare gender equity initiatives doesn't solve the individual woman leader's person barriers to success. How can organizations support her to create the changes she needs to make to achieve her goals? Hint: More training isn't the answer!
